About the Position

Focus Delivery Now is looking for dependable, motivated, and hardworking Delivery Drivers to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a delivery vehicle, delivering packages to residential and business customers, and providing excellent customer service.

This is an active, fast-paced position that is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and being outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Load and organize packages for delivery
• Deliver packages to customers accurately and on time
• Follow assigned delivery routes and company procedures
• Use a handheld device to navigate routes and complete deliveries
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
• Perform vehicle safety inspections before and after routes
• Follow all safety requirements and traffic laws
• Communicate with management regarding route or delivery issues
• Maintain a clean and professional delivery vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass required background and motor vehicle checks
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• No previous delivery experience required — paid training provided
