Real Estate Showing Agent - Part-Time Available, Training Provided

As a Showing Agent, you’ll learn how to conduct productive property tours, understand what buyers are looking for, answer questions, maintain consistent follow-up, and help clients move forward in the home-buying process.

You’ll have access to training, coaching from experienced agents, and proven systems designed to help you stay organized, build stronger client relationships, and develop your real estate business.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, likes being active and out in the field, communicates well, and is dependable and coachable.

Candidates must already have an active real estate license or be close to completing the licensing process.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Strong commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and coaching provided.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Utilize our proven systems to stay organized and manage your schedule efficiently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Work alongside experienced agents to gain insights and develop strategies that enhance your real estate expertise.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and building trust throughout the buying process.
• Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly for smooth transactions.

• Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
• Experience in conducting property tours and showcasing home features effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain consistent follow-up with clients.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Skill in managing schedules efficiently using proven organizational systems.
