We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain hands-on buyer experience, spend more time in the field, and develop the skills needed to grow a productive real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, touring properties, and learning through real client interactions.
You will show homes to active buyers, coordinate property tours, communicate with clients, and help buyers identify properties that match their needs. Each showing provides an opportunity to strengthen your communication, understand buyer motivation, build relationships, and become more confident guiding clients through their home search.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn buyer consultations, property searches, client follow-up, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. Coaching and proven systems will help you stay organized while developing productive habits that can turn buyer relationships into future business.
As your experience grows, you will develop beyond showing properties and learn how to manage buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing while creating future opportunities through repeat clients, referrals, and listings.

Compensation:$70,000 - $175,000 at plan
