POWER BI MIGRATION CONSULTANT
ROLE SUMMARY
need a hands-on Power BI consultant to help move plant reporting from legacy databases into a centralized Azure Databricks environment.
The consultant will help consolidate about 178 semantic models into roughly 13 models and reconnect about 200 Power BI reports. Notes on BI Migration Consultant
WHAT THEY WILL DO
Review existing Power BI reports and data models
Map legacy SQL and Access data to Azure Databricks
Update DAX, Power Query, SQL, and semantic models
Move reports toward DirectQuery
Validate old versus new report results
Troubleshoot data and report issues
Document changes and data mappings
MUST HAVE
