Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

• Schedule: 1-2 weeks/month, full 7 days. 7AM/7:30AM - 4:30PM/5PM
• Practice Setting: Inpatient 
• Type of cases and required procedures: General Cardiology cases and procedures
• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC 
• Certifications required: Must be Board Certified
• Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
