Experience designing wire harnesses and electrical subsystems. Ability to perform engineering hand calculations and justify design decisions. Solid understanding of GD&T principles (preferred). Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) practices and ability to collaborate closely with manufacturing teams. Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills for coordination with project managers, design leads, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
