Managing the day-to-day operations of the Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) alert review function, the full-time remote BSA/AML Operations Manager will oversee alert review processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a team of analysts in the execution of alert triage and disposition activities. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision of analysts for SAM alert review, triage, and disposition activities Manage operational performance metrics, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards for alert processing Compile and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management oversight Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred Solid experience in BSA/AML operations and transaction monitoring within a regulated financial institution Demonstrated experience leading or supervising analysts Working knowledge of Actimize, FCRM, and enterprise transaction monitoring systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage queues and staff capacity effectively
