About the Role

Astreya is looking for hands-on AV Installation Technicians to support a large-scale audiovisual room refresh project involving approximately 2,500 rooms.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy practical installation work, equipment replacement, cabling, and working in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Install, replace, and position audiovisual equipment across assigned rooms.
\n
• Perform cable replacement, re-cabling, and basic cable management.
\n
• Conduct room sweeps to verify installation completion and quality.
\n
• Capture and upload photographs of completed work for quality verification and project documentation.
\n
• Travel between project sites as required during working hours.
\n
• Follow installation procedures and maintain quality and productivity standards.
\n
• Work toward a target of approximately 3–4 rooms per night.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n
• Hands-on experience in AV installation, equipment installation, cabling, or low-voltage work is preferred.
\n
• Comfortable performing physical installation tasks and handling equipment.
\n
• Ability to follow installation instructions and complete room-level checklists.
\n
• Comfortable taking and uploading photographs for documentation.
\n
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, generally between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, including weekends when required.
\n
• Ability to travel between assigned project sites.
\n
• Availability to commit to at least 40 hours per week for the project duration.
\n

Important Information

• This is a temporary, full-time, onsite assignment.
\n
• The role focuses on physical installation and AV room refresh activities.
\n
• No end-user support or direct client interaction is involved.
\n
• The project is scheduled through January 17, 2027, with a possibility of extension.
\n
• Evening/overnight and weekend working will be required
\n
