\n• Visit construction sites and meet with decision-makers to uncover staffing needs.
\n• Build a strong pipeline, secure new accounts, and grow revenue.
\n• Partner with our recruiters to connect clients with the right skilled tradespeople.
\n• Deliver clear communication and follow-through that earns repeat business.
